Nobody likes a sad story and a long face, but the truth is, life is filled with both the happy and the sad. When u repress the sad and sweep it under a counterfeit smile, u equally lessen the intensity of ur happiness. It is only by knowing sorrow that joy has any meaning. When u learn that some feelings are not acceptable, u deny their expression and push them down in ur conciousness. Eventually u lose the capacity to feel much of anything. I guess i dun wanna conceal such emotions. Haf the capacity to feel..n maybe after all one day u'll learn that indeed "there is always a rainbow at the end." By killing off emotions, u drain life of its texture and flavor. so hey! lets embrace sadness together yea? Lol.
